We are currently looking for a Regional Wholesale District Manager to join our team in the Midwest Region.*** You must reside in the assigned territory: Ohio or Pennsylvania preferred. Responsible for wholesale mechanical and collision parts revenue generated for NNA and dealers through the wholesale sales business channel to body shops and independent repair facilities. The job function statements reflect expectations of the fully trained, proficient incumbent who meets all performance criteria.Developsandexecutesterritorybusinessplansthatdrivewholesalepartsrevenuegrowth,increasedealercompetitiveness,andachieveregionalsalesobjectives.PartnerswithDealerPrincipals,ExecutiveManagers,andPartsManagerstoreviewsalesperformance,identifyopportunities,andimplementstrategiesthatimprovewholesalepartsoperationsandprofitability.Communicates,promotes,anddrivesadoptionofwholesaleprograms,rebates,incentives,andorderingtoolstomaximizesalespenetration,operationalefficiency,anddealerengagement.Evaluatesdealershipwholesaleoperations,includingstaffing,salesprocesses,inventorymanagement,andmarketingeffectiveness,toensuredealershavetheresourcesandcapabilitiesnecessarytoachievebusinessplangoals.Assessesinventorystockinglevelsandpartsavailabilitytosupportwholesalegrowth,improvefillrates,andenhancecustomersatisfactionwithinassignedmarkets.Develops,implements,andmonitorsactionplansbasedondealercontacts,businessreviews,andmarketanalysistoimprovewholesalepartssales,operationalperformance,andprogramparticipation.PromotesandsupportsCertifiedCollision,WholesaleAdvantage,CRM,andrelatedcustomerretentioninitiatives,increasingdealerparticipationanddrivingsustainablebusinessgrowth.Servesastheregionalsubjectmatterexpertforwholesaleparts,collisionprograms,anddealershipsystems,providingguidanceonsalesbestpractices,processimprovements,dataintegration,DMSissues,andpersonneldevelopment.Who We’re Looking for: Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in training, automotive consultant work, or dealership parts managementThree or more years providing on-the-job training to new employees and project supervisionHigh School Degree required; bachelor’s degree preferredDealership or Wholesale Parts Department experienceSales experience within the Mechanical/Collision industry or AftermarketDealer Management System knowledge and experienceProfessional presentation skillsThorough computer knowledge in Microsoft Office SuitePhysical RequirementsThe physical requirements described below are representative of those an employee must normally meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
