Responsibilities: • • Guide prospective buyers through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, fostering trust and long-term relationships. • Coordinate with listing agents to schedule showings, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. • Provide insightful feedback to clients after showings, helping them refine their search and make informed choices. • Stay updated on local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and timely information. • Utilize our proven systems to manage client follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication and relationship building. • Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies, contributing to a supportive and innovative work environment. Qualifications: • • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with the Miami-Miami Beach-Kendall, FL real estate market is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative environment. • Proficient in using technology and real estate software to manage client interactions and follow-ups. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insightful feedback to clients after showings. Compensation: $122,000 - $225,000 yearly

Compensation:
$122,000-$225,000 per year
