Newtown Square, PA — Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) US Citizens Only 3+ Years Experience Vulnerability Management Contract to Hire Helpdesk Support This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities within the organization's IT endpoint infrastructure, while also providing onsite helpdesk support. Responsibilities span regular vulnerability assessments, coordinating with onsite and remote users to remediate identified vulnerabilities, troubleshooting software issues, providing hardware support, and responding to tickets from the support queue. Critical Requirements US citizenship required Must be able to work onsite in Newtown Square, PA 3 days per week Key Responsibilities Regularly monitor vulnerability scans performed on systems and applications Mitigate identified vulnerabilities by contacting users and remoting into laptops to perform patching Identify and document security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies Work closely with IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are promptly addressed and mitigated Develop and maintain vulnerability management procedures and documentation Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards Stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices Provide support during security audits and assessments by third-party entities Provide onsite technical support to users as needed Provide remote support to users using BeyondTrust Remote Support Qualifications Windows Endpoint Administration Helpdesk & End-User Support Vulnerability Assessment & Management Nessus MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Config Manager) Microsoft Intune BeyondTrust Remote Support Security Audits & Compliance Security Audits & Compliance 3+ years of experience in Windows IT services end-user support or an Endpoint Administrator role Experience in helpdesk support environments Experience in vulnerability assessment and management Familiarity with security tools such as Nessus, MECM, and Intune Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Sharp Decisions
