Providing technical end-user support remotely, the full-time Helpdesk Technician will manage user inquiries via telephone, email, or web chat, focusing on resolving issues and tracking incidents accurately. Key responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users through various communication channels Perform maintenance and restorative actions to resolve user problems Accurately track and document incidents and calls in the database Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus Completion of at least two years of college or a Diploma/Certificate course Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting Prior experience in Software Application support is a plus Experience in a BPO environment in Technical Support is advantageous
